I am a fully trained and experienced integrative therapeutic counsellor
with expertise in working with individuals and helping them to feel safe.

About Me

My approach to therapy is
first to create a safe space where one is accepted and valued for who they are, as
they are, without judgement.

I welcome whatever you would like to bring into the therapy room, there is no ‘right or wrong’ way of doing therapy.

I am a registered BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) member. My register number is: 397522.

I receive monthly supervision with an experienced counselling supervisor, where I bring my work as a therapist and discuss my practice with this person regularly. Supervision is recommended practice for counsellors and therapists to ensure good and ethical practice.

In our first session we will think together about how I can best support you at this time. At first, you may not be sure and this is ok. In counselling, we don’t always know straight away.
