  • The first step would be to arrange a free initial 20 minute consultation together. This would be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, and for us to discuss how we would work together. You can decide after the consultation if you would like to go ahead and book a first session with me.

  • Sessions with me are 50 minutes long, and cost £70.00.

    Payment for sessions should be done before the start of our session together to confirm the appointment. I accept bank transfers for session payments.

  • I see clients Tuesday-Thursday from 9am-5pm face-to-face and online.

    Please get in touch with me to enquire about my current availability.

    Usually sessions will take place at the same time, same day every week. Having a regular time can be helpful for clients wanting to plan their week ahead.

  • This is up to you. We can discuss in our first session how many you would like, and this may change throughout our work together. You may want a fixed number of short-term sessions or prefer longer-term, open ended work. We will regularly review how our sessions are going together.

    You can decide at any time when you would like to end therapy.

  • Sessions will take place in East London - Hackney/Cambridge Heath, E2. I will provide you with more details such as address/directions in our initial consultation.

    Online sessions with take place on Zoom.

  • Yes, session confidentiality will be discussed in our first session together.

  • I do not provide a crisis service.
